What the sticker price usually excludes
- Monitoring blood tests — typically £33–£79 per draw privately (Optimale £33.95, Leger from £52); NHS draws are free once in the system.
- Consultations — £20–£80 depending on provider (Optimale remote £79.95; clinic visits add £20–£40).
- Medication vs membership — some providers bundle medication in the subscription (Optimale, Manual); others separate membership and meds (Leger, Balance My Hormones).
- Injection equipment — starter kits (~£30) usually supplied once.
